Shipping & Returns
We provide a free shipping service for orders within Belgium for purchases above €50. After placing an order and completing the payment, this order will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days. Shipments for Belgium are done via Bpost, international shipments are done by DPD, POST NL, UPS or DHL. When the order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Can't find it in your mailbox right away? Then be sure to check if it didn't end up with spam.
When will my parcel be delivered?
In most cases, the ordered products will be delivered within Belgium the next working day after the shipment. It is always possible that a parcel is delayed at Bpost. Unfortunately, Folie à Trois is not responsible for this and we have no control over it.
When we ship the parcel and register at Bpost, you will receive a track&trace code via email so you can track the status of your parcel. Are you not at home when the postman comes to deliver the parcel? Then he will leave a note in the mailbox with the message where you can pick up your parcel.
Return & Exchange Policy
How to make a return
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. For a return mail within 14 days after receipt to email@example.com with your order number. Once your return accepted you can send it back with our return form.
We then provide a return label for you. With this return label you can return your package to us. (return costs are for your own account).
Conditions for returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days after receipt.
If we receive the return outside 14 days, we cannot accept it and will not proceed to a refund. We can then return it to you (after payment of €5,7 shipping costs)
Items must be returned in original condition (including tags).
An item with make-up stains or perfume smell will not be returned
The item should be returned unworn/unused
Personalized items can never be returned
Gift cards can never be returned
Items must not be from the sales or stocksale
*Sale items are exempt from our return policy. It is not possible to return items bought in sales.
If your return does not comply with the above-mentioned points, it will be returned to the sender without postage. Further, all import costs fall to the buyer during the return process
The items are always refunded with a voucher, except when clearly requested otherwise.
Please note! If the returned items don't comply with above mentioned return policy, your items won't be refunded
