Why do we process personal data? Data that you enter when placing an order or sending a message will be stored on the servers of our processor SHOPIFY. SHOPIFY ensures a level of security appropriate to the data to be processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, a secure SSL connection is used as a standard. To process and ship our orders we have a link with Soundcloud. This will receive your address information (delivery address) to be able to ship/deliver the orders. Your online payments are processed by our partner MOLLIE. We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we do not have a processing agreement. With these parties (processors) we make the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not pass on the data provided by you to third parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us (written) permission to do so. Storage period
