Better not. The steel is waterproof, but pearls are sensitive to water, chlorine, soap and hand cream. Take the ring off first and put it back on once your hands are dry.
Will the band tarnish?
No. The stainless steel keeps its colour with everyday wear. A wipe with a soft cloth is all it needs.
